School online during COVID-19 Lockdown was really different. We had to log in and log out of Zoom to go to break or eat lunch, and we were in our own homes and couldn’t physically meet anybody in our class. So when I stood in front of Hidden Hills Elementary School in person for 5th grade, I was really excited to be back!

School Post Covid Lockdown was definitely different than when I remembered it in 3rd grade, which was the last time I attended school in person. In our class, we had to wear our masks at all times and keep our distance. It was very hard to get used to, but after a while, I got used to it, and it became a “normal” school. My mom also made sure that every day after school, I washed my hands and went straight to the shower, and whatever clothes I wore that day had to get washed. So in conclusion, school post-COVID Lockdown was different from school before lockdown for many reasons, but in the end, it was good to be back in person.
